Returns & Refunds
If you are not in love with your purchase you MUST email jessthemadeline@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item and ship it back within 7 days. The buyer will assume responsibility for return postage to The Made Line. Please be sure to pack the item cautiously and get tracking for your return shipping as any items lost or damaged in transit will not be eligible for a refund. Please make sure you check the size and item details PRIOR to completing your order.
What if something arrives broken?
If something arrives broken please contact and send a photo to jessthemadeline@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving you package. Items will either be replaced or refunded depending on the item & what is in stock.
